Confirming your Order

A non-refundable, non transferable deposit of 50% is required to confirm your order. The deposit is applied to the total amount due. The remaining 50% will be due upon slightly before pickup if paying by etransfer or at time of pickup if paying in cash (please note full payment is required beforehand for all no contact pickups). All weekend pickup times are between 9:00am-11:30am. All weekday pickup times are between 3:00-6:30pm unless otherwise discussed. 

Please etransfer or bring cash to place your deposit. Etransfers can be sent to this email address. Cash deposits can be made by arranging a drop off time via email which will include an address. 

Orders/deposits are taken on a first come first serve basis. Again the order can not be confirmed until all details are confirmed. The pickup time will be set as your pickup time, failure to arrive on time (within 15 minutes of scheduled time) may result in your order being delayed due to other orders, pickup will be rescheduled at the earliest convenience of Sassy and Sweet which may be the next day.  

Your quote is valid for one week. 

Orders are not confirmed until a deposit is received. Please read all FAQ’s and Policies listed on Www.sassyandsweet.ca. Placing your deposit confirms that you have read and agree to these policies. Once the order is confirmed and the deposit has been made, no changes or cancellations can be made. 

Order Pickup Information 

For your order pickup, since it will be no contact, please text me at 647-746-9236 (This number is for pick ups only, all orders are accepted only by email to info@sassyandsweet.ca) when you arrive in the driveway. Wait while I place the order outside for you and I will send you a confirmation text in response that it is ready for you.  This will help the order avoid sitting in the heat for any length of time.  

Some tips for driving with your order: 

•Have the air conditioning on, the cold air will help keep your order stable and solid 
•Place the order on a flat surface such as the floor or the back of an SUV. Do not place on seats that are slanted. 
•Please refer to the information sheet provided to you via email for storage and serving options 
•Avoid sudden braking whenever possible  
•Do not leave your order in your vehicle, following refrigeration and serving instructions based on your order type. 



Cake and Dessert Information Sheet 
*When transporting any order, keep it on a level surface at all times, do not hold in your lap* 

Cakes 
•Toothpicks, wires, and skewers are used for support within sculpted elements on your cake. Remove inedible items prior to consuming. 
•Tiered and Double Barrel cakes use dowels for support as well as a board between tiers. Slice cake from top tier down and remove dowels as you come across them. 
•Cakes must be refrigerated until 2-3 hours prior to serving. 
•Remove cake from fridge 2-3 hours prior to serving and allow to sit at room temperature until servings (Do not leave cake outside, room temperature should be between 20-23C) 
•If you have cake left over, it can be kept in an airtight container in the fridge for a week or in the freezer for up to two months. Remove from freezer and allow to come to room temperature before consuming. 

Cupcakes/Meringues 
•Keep at room temperature, do not refrigerate  
•Can be kept at room temperature for up to 3 days in an airtight container  
•Can be frozen in an airtight container for up to 2 months  

Bars/Brownies/Cookies 
•Serve at room temperature  
•Keep in the fridge for up to a week 
•Freeze for up to 2 months 

Cake pops/Macarons 

•Refrigerate until serving 
•Take out and leave at room temperature for 15 minutes before serving
