Q: How far in advance should I place my order?
A: We kindly ask for at least 3-4 weeks notice. We are a home based business so for larger orders (i.e. weddings and sweet tables) it is best to inquire as soon as possible. We work on a first come first serve basis. Each order is custom made and requires time to plan and purchase all of the required materials. An order is subject to cancellation until a deposit has been made. Order early to avoid disappointment.
Q: Do you offer alternatives for those with allergies?
A: We offer dairy-free, gluten-free, and vegan options. We also cater to those with nut allergies. We do NOT guarantee beyond trace amounts as there are dairy, gluten, non-vegan and nut products in the facility. If you have a severe allergy we recommend going to a bakery that is certified free of your allergen.
Q: How much is a cake?
A: Each cake is designed and created for every customer. The price is based on the amount of servings, tiers, and the design elements required.
Q: Where are you located?
A: Mississauga, Ontario, Canada
Q: What is the best way to store and serve my cake?
A: Cakes are best stored in the fridge until 2 hours before serving. At that time it is recommended to keep your cake at room temperature until you are ready to serve. If you have leftovers they are best kept in the freezer in either an airtight container or wrapped in saran.
Q: What is the best way to store and serve my cupcakes?
A: Cupcakes tend to dry out when refrigerated. We recommend keeping them at room temperature at all times. If you have extra after your event they can be stored in an airtight container for 2-3 days at room temperature or for 2 weeks in the freezer.
